Whatever your goal I can help you. I offer three different options for training, all of which will be fully tailored to meet your specific goals. There is no “one size fits all” exercise plan and there are many different ways to achieve your goals. I will work with you to find the programme that suits you and that you enjoy!

1 to 1 Personal Training
I will work with you face to face, at home, outdoors or in the gym to develop a programme and work with you to meet your goals.

Small group training
If you love the idea of personal training, but would rather work out with a friend, I will work personally with groups of up to four people and develop a training plan you all enjoy.

Online Personal training (Coming Soon)
If you prefer to work out alone, but would like guidance on what you should do. I offer online personal training, where I will provide regularly updated individualised plans to suit your needs
