What ever your goal I can help you!

I will provide you with a fitness assessment, talk through your goals and from it write achievable mini goals as steps along the way and a personalised plan to help you meet them.

The initial assessment and taster session is free of charge when you book your first one hour session. I also offer discounts on blocks of five one hour sessions. See the prices page for more details.

There is no such thing as a one size fits all exercise plan and there are many ways to achieve your goal, I will work with you personally to find the programme that suits you and above all that you enjoy!

I have a lot of my own equipment which means I can either travel to you so you can work out in your own home environment or we can use a local sports field which ever is more convenient for you.

(Currently only outdoor sessions are permitted due to Covid-19 and I have hand sanitiser and cleaner to clean my equipment between uses to keep everyone safe)
